1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ach444 ("ach444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ach444.net. By creating an account, accessing the ach444 platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of products and services on ach444, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a chosen username and password.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on ach444 at any given time. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ach444 will close all but the original account, void any bonuses applied to the duplicate account(s), and may impose additional restrictions on the remaining account.

3.2 Account Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. If your personal details change after registration — including your email address or mobile number — you are required to update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support. ach444 is not liable for any consequences resulting from outdated account information, including missed communications or failed withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ach444 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. ach444 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ach444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. We may request identity and payment verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national ID (NID) or passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your ach444 account at any time by contacting the support team. Requests for account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, subject to verification, will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method. ach444 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, and in such cases the forfeiture of balances may apply depending on the nature of the breach.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ach444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ach444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are typically credited to your ach444 account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• ach444 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ach444 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used on the platform.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to successful KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed back to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Any withdrawal request submitted while an active bonus is pending will result in the forfeiture of that bonus unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on ach444 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. ach444 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings derived from abusive activity, and close accounts found to be in breach of this clause.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

ach444 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ach444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, including placing bets, navigating game interfaces, or claiming bonuses.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games such as poker or live dealer tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers based on non-public information in relation to sports betting markets.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other method to disguise your geographic location or bypass platform restrictions.

• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person without their explicit, documented consent.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the ach444 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of ach444 or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ach444 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from the ach444 platform without prior written consent.

8.2 Game Outcomes
